Flight Search & Booking
Yes. When searching, set the passenger count before you search. During booking you will enter details for each traveller and assign seats individually before review and payment.
JBooks supports Economy and Business cabin options on eligible routes. The available class is shown on search results and flight details before you proceed to book.
Booking Confirmation & Management
Open My Bookings from the top menu. Your upcoming, past, and cancelled trips are listed there with booking references, flight details, and e-ticket access where available.
From My Bookings, select the reservation you want to manage. Change and cancellation options depend on the fare rules of your ticket. If you need help, contact our support team using the details below.
After confirmation, your e-ticket is available under the booking in My Bookings. You can view or download it before departure and present it at check-in along with your travel documents.
Payments & Refunds
JBooks accepts major Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. You can save a card in Account Settings for faster checkout on future bookings.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Yes. Go to Account Settings, open the Payment Methods section, and select Delete Card. Confirm the removal and the card will no longer appear for checkout.
Booking Confidence Score (BCS)
The Booking Confidence Score is a real-time indicator shown during review that estimates how likely your booking is to complete successfully, based on system performance and inventory stability at the time of purchase.
JBooks monitors API response times, seat inventory locks, and recent booking success rates. These signals are combined into a percentage score so you know when conditions are optimal to confirm your trip.
High (green) means excellent conditions for booking. Moderate (yellow) suggests some delay risk. Low (red) indicates higher disruption risk — you may wish to retry shortly or contact support if issues persist.
